Refunds

Refunds are offered to students who request to drop a course before the drop deadline. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Requests to drop after the drop deadline but before a course begins will receive credit toward another course.

Drop Deadline for Course: 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
Drop Deadline for Residential Retreat: 7 calendar days prior to the start of the retreat.

Failure to attend classes does not release a student from financial obligations to the academy. Students who are deployed military or emergency workers impacted by a national emergency are encouraged to contact the Academy for more information. Students who are “no call, no show” for any course will forfeit their tuition and fees and will be disqualified from enrolling in another course without a prior discussion with the Academy’s director.

No adjustment of charges will be granted to students who are suspended or expelled for disciplinary reasons. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss at any time a student whose academy standing or general conduct is considered unsatisfactory.
